Cluster munitions are believed to have been used — as in the attack on Kryvyi Rih — to cause the maximum number of casualties.
People were hit in the street, in their cars, on public transport, in their homes. Lives destroyed in an instant, in the middle of a peaceful day.
Russia does not want peace. It keeps killing. It wants to continue this war.
There must be strong, consistent pressure on Russia. And full support for Ukraine to protect civilians and put an end to this Russian terror.
It has been two months since Moscow ignored the proposal for a total and unconditional ceasefire. And during this time, missiles keep falling and taking lives.
It is time to act. Words do not stop missiles.
