The Center for Civil Liberties is a Ukrainian NGO, founded in 2007, in Kyiv in Ukraine. It is the winner of the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize.
The NGO organized the legal defence of citizens during the pro-European rallies of 2013-2014. It has also compiled data on war crimes in Donbas and Crimea. Since February 24, 2022 and the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the Center for Civil Liberties has collected data on human rights abuse and proof of war crimes.
