European Civil Society Mobilized for Ukraine

The 'European Advocacy' Forum 2023 Concludes After Two Intense Days of WorkOrganized by Promote Ukraine, the European Advocacy forum concluded after two days of intensive work on November 9 and 10 at the European Parliament in Brussels. The event brought together around thirty participants, including Stand With Ukraine and other European organizations from 18 different countries, all dedicated to defending Ukraine's interests.The event began with an opening ceremony, followed by several panels covering topics such as the protection of democracy in Europe, security, the economic potential of EU-Ukraine relations, and international justice regarding war crimes in Ukraine. Children from a Kyiv Neighborhood Welcomed in Paris’ 18th Arrondissement

To reaffirm its solidarity with the Ukrainian people, the 18th arrondissement of Paris welcomed 20 children from Kyiv to spend their holidays in Paris, offering them a few days of escape from the war in Ukraine. This trip was made possible thanks to the partnership established between the 18th arrondissement and the Podil district in Kyiv, initiated under the auspices of Stand With Ukraine.From October 27 to November 5, the young Ukrainians shared a memorable stay with children from the 18th arrondissement. The City of Sézanne Funds Independence Rooms for Children in Ukraine

The partnership, initiated by the organization Stand With Ukraine, between the French town of Sézanne in the Marne department in the Grand Est region and the Ukrainian municipality of Baryshivka in the Kyiv Oblast, is yielding results and illustrating international solidarity between France and Ukraine.     The "Mriya" extracurricular activities center in Baryshivka awarded a certificate of gratitude to Stand With Ukraine, the town of Sézanne, and its mayor, Sacha Hewak.
