Under a bright sun and in a joyful atmosphere, our Ukrainian interns enthusiastically participated in Gambade - Balade gourmande dans l'Estuaire, a major gourmet hike organized every early summer in Normandy.The event celebrates the landscapes, products, and talents of the Seine estuary through a journey punctuated by six culinary stops, from appetizers to dessert, created by Norman chefs and served in iconic locations. On June 6, the Île-de-France Region reaffirmed its solidarity with Ukraine at the International Summit of Cities and Regions, held in Kyiv, with the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Kyiv and Chernihiv oblasts, focused on training Ukrainian local officials in the management of European funds.Represented by Cédric Guillon-Lavocat, architect of the regional international cooperation strategy, and Grégoire de Lasteyrie, the Region upheld the values of reconstruction and territorial solidarity, which have been at the heart of its commitment since the beginning of the war.

The pop-up restaurant La Cantine de Mariupol opened its doors today in the heart of La Halle aux Poissons, an iconic landmark in the city of Le Havre.
