Protest in Support of Ukraine!

Ukraine has been struck by Putin. War is in Europe. We—Ukrainians, French, Europeans, citizens of the world—denounce the aggression Ukraine has suffered at the hands of Russia since 2014 and this unprecedented attack.
This invasion is a grave threat to Europe’s security.
We stand in full solidarity with a sovereign and independent Ukraine. Ukrainians are resisting courageously, earning our admiration. They are defending, at the cost of their lives, their European choice—for freedom, democracy, and peace. Today, more than ever, they need a strong and united Europe. Our freedoms and values are at stake.
Hundreds of thousands of people have gathered in Berlin, Prague, and Amsterdam. This wave of solidarity is sweeping across the continent: Ukraine’s resistance against Russia’s invasion is awakening Europe. We all feel that our shared future is being decided in this war. Let us be hundreds of thousands on Saturday, March 5, from 3 PM at Place de la République, Paris, and across France.
