On this day, we commemorate the 1991 Declaration of Independence, when Ukraine chose freedom from the USSR.

Today, for the 11th consecutive year, this national holiday is marked by war. Yet, the courage and determination of the Ukrainian people remain unwavering.

Each day brings us closer to the moment when Ukraine will fully regain its sovereignty and freedom. A day will come when this holiday will be celebrated as it should be— in peace and joy!

Kudos and heartfelt thanks to everyone fighting for a just and lasting peace.
