Special Screening of the film “Poem for Ordinary People”

We are pleased to invite you, as part of the Babylon Villeneuve project, to the French premiere of the film Poème pour les gens ordinaires (Poem for Ordinary People) by the Ukrainian collective Babylon’13, with the presence of the director Ivan Saoutkin!
Poème pour les gens ordinaires is a moving film that does not focus on the horrors of war, but rather delves into the intimate lives of its characters.
This documentary explores the lives of those who were forced to leave their homes forever and are now vulnerable.
At the same time, we follow Zinaida and Taisiya, two elderly women in a liberated village in the Chernihiv region, who decided to stay and resist during the occupation.
